New Personal Project: Zandronum Competitive Configurator

Today I release a small competitive mod designed to work on Zandronum called Zandronum Competitive Configurator. Inspired by Quake 3's competitive mods and Unreal Tournament's mutators, I decided to work on this as an experiment to see if this would be good enough and appreciated by the community. Enjoy!
