New Part of Personal Project: Site Themes - Quake 3

Today I release another site theme which was on the works for some time, based on the games Quake 3 Arena and Team Arena. I decided to experiment with transparent panel backgrounds and a bit of distortion on the buttons, and it worked very well, it seems! Please check the Site Theme's project page. Enjoy!
